My first Italian breakfast! Cappuccino and brioche con crema (cream filled croissant). It was delicious.
Spent a weekend in Venice – there’s a campanile here too.
Calling all Shakespeare lovers: you can visit Juliet’s house in Verona. Touching the statue of Juliet is said to bring luck in love. If you already have luck in love… well it makes for a good picture.
I fed the birds in Florence. I’ll ask for tuppence next time and be the Mary Poppins bird lady…
